Joel's Jerk Chicken Pineapple Pasta
After reading the other reviews, I took their advice and dropped the amount of cinnamon and adding more pineapple. Turned out great! I threw in a little corn starch to thicken the sauce and used rice instead of pasta. Great dish!

Baked Spaghetti III
Personally I love this recipe. Occasionally I will put some spicy italian sausage in there just to change it up, but its great even without it. Only thing I changed was adding oregano and basil. Its great otherwise!
