I don't cook for just one or two anymore, so if I'm going to take the time to make something, it has to be good enough to share. Because cooking and baking have to fall into place with my other hobbies, including woodworking and guitar, I don't don the kitchen apron as much as I used to. I'm not sure what I enjoy making the most, but my family loves it when I bake cookies or light, fluffy, buttery dinner rolls. Every Thanksgiving either my sister or I will make heaps of the aforementioned dinner rolls...and they never go to waste. Waist, maybe.
