Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
This is a keeper. Fixed it for Christmas eve dinner and the family just kept eating it even while cleaning the kitchen afterwards.

Orange, Walnut, Gorgonzola and Mixed Greens Salad with Fresh Citrus Vinaigrette
I didn't use the gorgonzola, but it is a great recipe and my family loves it....and they are not salad eaters.

Double Tomato Bruschetta
I was having a dinner party and the guests included some picky eaters and some gourmet cooks from Europe...rough combination audience. I followed the instructions just as written but there were too many people to melt the cheese so I just offered a really good regiano to add if desired. They scraped the bowl ! All of them. How does the addition of the ground sun dried tomatoes make such a difference? Got me. But it does. I won't ever use another recipe.
