My name is Amanda. I am a wife and stay at home mom to my two boys, one is 8 years old and my other is just 3 months old. I actually dont like to cook to much but my husand loves food and since i've just recently quit my job to stay home with my boys I want to learn how to cook more things. I dont get to creative with food although my husband will eat anything. We like to grill and I love anything casseroles or slow cookers. I wanted to make my sons (he was in the 2nd grade I think) teacher some fudge for Christmas one year and I did not have a recipe or anything to go one but I thought "hey this cant be to hard" YEAH RIGHT!! There was nothing "fudgy" about what I made that night, I tried everything to recover this tragedy but it was long gone. I talked to my Mammaw (who I should have called in the first place) on Christmas Eve and told her what happened and she asked what I used and I told her and she just looked at me and asked "What made you think you would get fudge out of that"??
