To make this a bit healthier, I made a few changes to the recipe: I substituted ground turkey (85/15) for the ground beef and turkey pepperoni for the regular pepperoni. I used red pepper instead of green (just personal preference). I also made my own pizza sauce (can of tomato, 2 chopped roma tomatoes, garlic, oregano, basil and parsley.) This came out very well! My husband and I both enjoyed it. I will probably make again. thanks :)
