We really liked this dish...I only had 1 can of cr. of mush soup...I filled the empty can with low fat 1000 island dressing...didn't use the mustard... didn't have bread crumbs...topped with thin slices of swiss cheese because thats all I had...next time I may try reduced fat polish sausage...

We like the combination of cucumber and onion so I am always looking for something other than the perverbial oil and vinegar...this is wonderful...I used 1/2 C. mayo and a little less milk but kept the other ingredients the same...I did use 2 cukes and some red onion for color and a bit of dry dill others have recommended

This was great just the way the recipe is written...I didn't have venison so did use Elk...just throwing it all in the slow cooker made it so easy and my husband was shocked how great it was...
