Italian Sausage with Farfalle and Broccoli Rabe
This was just O.K. I thought that there was too much pasta vs. other stuff. I also didn't really get that much of a sauce--I think if I make it again I will try using cream cheese instead of butter to make more of a creamy sauce. It did have a good flavor.

Artichoke and Chickpea Stew
I didn't really care for this much. It wasn't that it was bland, exactly, but the flavors didn't mesh well together for me. I pretty much followed the recipe, with the exception that I used canned tomatoes instead of fresh (maybe that was the difference?) because that is what I happened to have. I dutifully ate it anyway, because I hate wasting food, but I didn't really enjoy it. Not terrible, but I don't think I will make it again.

Butter Chickpea Curry
This was excellent--I only left out a star because I changed it up and I don't like when people give five stars and it turns out they didn't actually make the recipe. Instead of potatoes, I used butternut squash, which broke down and made the sauce really thicken. I also used a can of diced tomatoes instead of the soup, and a can of light coconut milk instead of the cream. I also used two cans of chickpeas instead of one because of all the extra saucy ingredients. However, this was extremely easy and tasty and I will be making it for some vegetarian guests soon.
