Made a few changes...I didn't have everything on hand so I improvised and it was yummy! 1 1/2 c Small dried red beans, 1/4 c dried kidney beans, 28 oz chicken broth, 28 oz beef broth, 14 oz of vegetable broth, diced tomatoes w/green chilies, sauté onions, add all other ingredients (minus turkey) from recipe. I simmered it on the stove for about 3 hours and then added the lentils and cooked it for another 45 minutes.
