Best of the Best Blueberry Muffins
I loved the flavor of these muffins! The tops turned out flatter than I'd like. Make sure you put plenty of non-stick spray on the tops of the muffin pans so they don't stick!

Apricot Cobbler
This had a good flavor but the filling is way too runny even with a little more corn starch added. The topping is not my preferred type either.

Thai-Style Peanut Sauce with Honey
The best easiest peanut sauce I've tried so far! Its great for dipping sticky rice.
