Roasted Brussels Sprouts
I have never had brussels sprouts but bought them on a whim today. Knowing the bad rap that they have and that people say they taste like cabbage, which I dislike, I was very nervous about this recipe. I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious these are though! Super yummy! I added about a clove and a half of garlic and a little sliver of butter and halved them so they would cook better, as some suggested. Definitely a keeper and I don't think I'll try them any other way!
