I started baking because I wanted to whip up something special for my bf.. and I realised that I actually enjoy baking much more than I imagined.. I love trying out new ingredients to add in my muffins and any cake that seems interesting and delicious.. Whipping out delicious indian feasts on special occasions.. A lovely double layer chocolate cake with chocolate sour cream frosting.. After placing my first cheesecake in the oven I realised I forgot to add eggs to the batter.. Major disappointment! But the cheesecake didn't turn out that bad..
