Chantal's New York Cheesecake
It was just perfect.. I did add in 1/4 cup of grounded almonds, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/4 cup more butter to the crust and it turned out great! Love this recipe!

It was really chocolatey and with thick gooey chocolate.. I didn't have white sugar at hand so i used brown suger instead and it was yum..

Banana Crumb Muffins
I made this in a loaf tin.. it was in the oven for about an hour... on the whole it was simply delicious but i did extra ingredients which made the cake very soft and moist... I added one extra teaspoon of cinnamon, 2 tsp of vanilla, a heaping tablespoon of plain yogurt and about 50ml of milk to the batter which made the cake all the more flavourful... :)
