Easy Chicken Curry
Very good basic recipe. We like our curry chicken on the spicy side so I added a can of Rotel tomatoes.

Baked Beans I
Excellent. I was short on time so I used the microwave rather than the oven. 20 minutes on high stirring after 10 min.
