Uglies
I thought these were okay. Maybe I will try them again but with shredded chicken and less barbecue sauce. I don't know, they just didn't seem like a WOW food to me. Easy to make and cheap but not one of my favorites I guess. I used the regular sized biscuits, should have used the grands. It didn't really affect the flavor but I have a ton of meat mixture leftover. At least enough for one more batch. Maybe I'll freeze them and use them as party appetizers or something.

Panzanella Salad
This was good. I will definitely make it again. I added capers and fresh corn that I removed from the cob and I used black olives instead of green. It tastes really good and looks pretty on the table.

Jimmbo's Garlic Knots
Excellent! I made these for a party and they were a huge hit. I made my own pizza dough and I did not use crushed red pepper flakes and they tasted just as good as our favorite NJ pizza place ones!
