Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

Turned out extremely greasy and wasn't much flavor on the inside of the meat. The topping was good. Will not be making this one again.

Slow-Cooked Sweet 'n' Sour Pork

Meat was very dry, it did not thicken and was bland. My fiance said this was good but I didn't like it, I won't be making this again. Not to mention the prep time was an hour! Took up my whole morning before I went to work!

Slow-Cooked Chili

I had to add a lot of extra. A large can of tomato juice, red pepper (crushed and powder), garlic powder, chili ready tomatos, chili ready beans, hot sauce, among other things for taste, after a while it was a dash of this and a splash of that. It was good even though in the end I relized I forgot chili powder, lol!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake I

Was great, a little on the dry side may be from I added a tad bit extra on the cocoa powder but I added a little extra oil as well. I thought it was great, my mom said it was dry.

Crazy Cake

I didn't like this at all, you could taste the baking soda. After all the raves I thought it would be great, but it was AWFUL! My fiance said it just needed icing, not even icing would have made it taste better. :-( I am just glad I found out before I made it for my daughter's birthday on Thursday!

Egg and Sausage Casserole

Needs more eggs. I could barely taste the eggs, but I used biscuits instead of cresant rolls. The biscuits taste better I just have to at about 12 eggs for it to be good.
