Different and flavorful. I baked at 350 for about 25 min. instead of broiled.

Very good! I told my husband I couldn't make a casserole with meat sauce because I didn't have any ricotta but then I found this recipe. With the American cheese and the sour cream the finished product looked like ricotta. It was pretty cool. I cut the recipe in half and used 1 14 oz can of tomatoes and 1 8 oz can of tomatoe sauce. I also didn't have spirals and used egg noodles. Guess this is a pretty versitale recipe!

I hate to admit it but I used fake crab. That's all we had and they were really good so I can't wait to try it with the real stuff.
