Chicken Piccata
Very, very good. I used both broth and white wine. I should have listened to the advice of others and cooked the chicken first, and then made the sauce. My breading was nice and brown and crisp before adding the broth and wine, but was soggy afterwards. I also added some cornstarch to the sauce to thicken it some. I made this with Lemon Pasta sauce(also on allrecipes) and served with angel hair pasta. The whole family loved it!

White Chili II
My family loved this recipe. Like others suggested, I blended 2 cans of the northern beans, replaced one can of beans with white corn, and only added 2 cans of beans total. I also added some diced jalapenos in addition to the green chilis to make it a little spicier. I boiled chicken breast and shredded it, but before adding it to the chili added it to sauteed onions and garlic and added garlic pepper and cumin.

Lana's Sweet and Sour Meatballs
This is a great recipe! I did what other suggested and doubled the recipe for the sauce. I used red and green peppers and added 1 tablespoon of hoisen sauce. Delicious!
