Chicken Chipulos
Everyone liked it at my gathering. I put a few tortilla strips on the top before the layer of cheese, and it created crispy cheesy bites that everyone liked.

Chunky Potato Soup
Good Recipe, hard to scale down as it makes and odd number of servings... I didn't use celery or carrots, but used bacon, 4 strips, and corn, 1 can. added 2 cloves of garlic with the potato while it was cooking.

Chicken Hariyali Tikka
Mmmm mmm good. I used Sarichi (not sure of the spelling, the red chilli sauce with the rooster on the bottle) because I couldn't find green chilli paste. Also couldnt find garlic gincer paste so I used 3 cloves of garlic and 2 tbs of fresh chopped ginger root.
