Impossibly Easy Breakfast Bake (Crowd Size)

This was fabulous...big hit with the family.. I made 2 of them, one with sausage...the other with bacon....both were yummy....definatley a do over...Thanks!

Wow!!!! This sauce could be used for just about anything...It was so yummy....I made a lot of it and served some seperate for anyone who wanted more...this is a do over!!!

Boiling the roast beforehand was an excellent idea... It was so tender... Im not sure the sauce went over too well though... Ill reserve that for my meatloaf.

Country Fried Chicken

I hate to seem mean...but this recipe was a lot of work...It took a lot longer to cook than i thought it would. My husband thought it was pretty bland. Im sure it was something I did...but next time I think I will just "shake and bake"

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

My husband made this cuz I wasnt feeling well...he didnt screw it up and it was fabulous...We sprinkled grated cheddar cheese on top of each serving. I will make again...(or have him do it...)

This was GREAT...I didnt add the onion or chestnuts....not a big fan of either...When my family finished eating my 18 yr old son stood up, hugged me, and said it was like eating real chinese food...Thank you!!!

Tender Beef Brisket

I made this with a chuck roast instead of brisket....I combined the bbq brisket recipe with it...slow cooked almost the entire day...pulled apart and had on crusty rolls.... It was yummy...will definatly try again with brisket if I can find it in my small town...

Best Black Beans

These beans were quick and easy and good. I didnt have fresh cilantro so I used dried....I loved the smell. Made with Mexican Baked Fish for a lovely meal.

Zucchini Bread II

I have made my mom's zucchini bread for years, but after a recent move I have misplaced the recipe. I found this one and tried it and WOW!!! Loved the raisins...my kids loved it. Both loaves were gone in a few hours.
