About this Cook
I love to cook and bake. I'm a web designer by trade. I help edit a blog for tweens/teens where we sometimes share recipes to try (www.tweencraft.com). Love coming to All Recipes for cooking ideas for my family.
My favorite things to cook
Stuffed mushrooms, snickerdoodles, garlic bread, cream of mushroom soup
My favorite family cooking traditions
Cooking for the holidays.
My cooking triumphs
My stuffed mushrooms are requested over the holidays which makes me feel good. I just threw them together with my favorite ingredients and they worked.
My cooking tragedies
Baking brownies in the High Uintah's (mountains in Utah)... it didn't work out so well. Let's just say nobody had brownies that night.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
These turned out great - I took the advice of other reviewers using 1/4 c sugar and 1/2 c brown sugar, 1 t vanilla, 1/2 t baking soda. Very good. I doubled the recipe and it worked out to be about 2 dozen - which was 3 points each on Weight Watchers.

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
Really good recipe. Thanks for sharing it! I thought I had the perfect recipe for Snickerdoodles from a local grocery store, but the butter/shortening mix of Mrs. Sigg's recipe lightened the cookies up, gave them a hint of "pastry".
