My name is Rachel or Rae. I have a wonderful husband named Dustin and a daughter named Autumn. I have been cooking and baking since I was 9. I started out making simple things like spaghetti, macaroni and cheese, baking cookies and brownies. I like to bake more than cooking. Baking I had learned from my grandmother on my mom's side and cooking from my grandfather on my father's side. I always tell people if I'm going to eat might as well make it a good meal to enjoy. I like to cook anything with pasta like stuffed shells, noodle with alfredo and shrimp, chicken parmesan, and lasagna but I also like to cook anything and everything. I like to bake cookies, brownies, cakes, and anything else that looks or sounds good. I had always had problems making pie crust. I have a Home and Garden cook book and use that recipe and it had picture by picture of how to make pie crust. It was so easy to make and I finally made perfect pie crust.
