Chocolate Cakes with Liquid Centers
I make this for desert when I have people over for dinner and my guests are always impressed! One tip: use a whisk to mix the chocolate into the egg mixture...it makes the batter fluffy and smooth. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and some fresh fruit and voila! you have a gourmet dessert.

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna
I brought this to work for an Earth Day potluck and everyone loved it! I used ricotta instead of feta (I added most of it into the sauce and put some on top), I used 1/2 the broth and and no-bake noodles but other than that, I kept everything the same. Delicious!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
I love this recipe! I use it all the time, and sometimes when I'm alone I scale it down to 1 serving and throw a few chocolate chips in there. This recipe never fails to produce a fluffy, delicious pancake.
