Crunchy Fudge Sandwiches

This is my all time favorite "christmas cookie". Because they are so rich we only make them once a year. This has been a family tradition with my mother and I for 26 yrs and now my daughter and I have taken it over.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I have never cared for apple pie in the past but wanted to make it for my husband and of course I had to taste my own efforts! I love this pie! It was just the right touch of sweetness. I used the pie crust V recipe from this site to go along with it.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

The absolute best soup I've ever had!!! Full of flavor. I added an entire diced up ham steak to mine. Everyone in the family loved it, even my 5 yr old who isn't into soups. Will be making this many more times.
