White Chili IV
Great recipe!! I left out the wine and replace 1 can of pinto beans with a can of Cannellini beans. My wife was skeptical about it and she really liked it!

Candied Garlic Chicken Wings
I fixed these last night and everyone loved them!! Great recipe!! The only thing was that I wish i greased the baking pan... it sure was a pain to clean!!

Ginger-Scallion Crusted Salmon
This was the 1st time i baked salmon. This recipe turned out pretty good. I didn't make the cucumber salad or butter but the ginger scallion was very good.
