Baked Dijon Salmon
Everyone in my family loved this recipe, even my 10 year old that doesn't like fish. When I make this again, I'll only make 1/2 of the butter/mustard mixture as I threw away at least half of it. I will make the original amount of the pecan/bread crumb/parsley part, as I used it all and like a lot of crunchy topping.
