Chocolate Rum Balls I
I made these for my annual cookie exchange and they were a huge success! Thank you! These are very easy to make and store well.

Baked Dijon Salmon
Everyone in my family loved this recipe, even my 10 year old that doesn't like fish. When I make this again, I'll only make 1/2 of the butter/mustard mixture as I threw away at least half of it. I will make the original amount of the pecan/bread crumb/parsley part, as I used it all and like a lot of crunchy topping.

Heavenly White Cake
This is the best white cake ever! I also added an extra 1/2 c milk and made the meringue last. It was terrific!
