My husband and I are travelling Australia in a motorhome. I enjoy the challenge of creating grourmet meals when we're out in the bush or parked alongside a river. Al fresco at its finest.
My favorite things to cook
Fresh local produce that we buy wherever we go - pinapples, cherries, tomatoes, potatoes, you name it. I started building a recipe collection years ago based on a glut of pumpkins, and now it covers almost everything. We carry a dehydrator with us to preserve the food I haven't been able to cook and freeze.
