Slow Cooker Swiss Steak
So delicious! I have never made this before and we all loved it! The only change I made was that I added some minced garlic to the crock pot and did not cook my veggies prior, just the meat. The meat was so tender. Thank you!

Fire Roasted Tomato and Feta Pasta with Shrimp
Very good. Next time I want to add more shrimp, I used 15 and I think it would be better with more and maybe some sliced mushrooms or green/red peppers. So easy and tasty!
