I'm a mommy of two girls, they are 6 and 13 months, and am married to A wonderful man , Who is currently in the Marine Corps, he will be done in April, though, then we will be moving to Florida, I'm so excited for it i cant wait. I love to be with my family, and friends, i love to be out side also, just anything to keep busy.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook big dinners, lasagna is one of my favorites, always has been since i learned hoe to make it, i have also started making it with zucchini instead of lasagna noodles.I love to make ta tor tot hot dish, and tequila berry salad, mainly things i can experiment with, and add a different twist every time I also like to Bake, Cookies , cake, brownies, you name it.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I don't think we really have any traditions in my family, as far as cooking goes, but my husband and I are making our own as we go along.
My cooking triumphs
Fixing the curried cauliflower on thanksgiving was by far my biggest triumph, especially since i had never made it, and i wasn't the one cooking it! GO ME!!! lol
My cooking tragedies
well when i first made Swedish meatballs when i was about 19, for the sauce mix i put a cup and a half of flower, instead of a tablespoon and a half, it was like eating paste, ICK!
