Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins

I added a little vanilla and some cinnamon and I still thought they were a little bland. I can't say what was missing, but they just didn't do it for us.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

I thought the dough part of the rolls was quite good, but the filling sort of "crackle-ized" on top of the rolls, so they had a crunchy glaze. I was hoping for something gooey. Don't know if I did something wrong, but these weren't what I was looking for.

Chewy Coconut Cookies

Unbelievably good! I roll the dough into 1" balls and they come out perfect at 8 minutes. They look underdone, but let them sit on the pan for a few minutes before removing them to racks. Chewy and fabulous!
