Brunch Strata
Awesome. Made exactly as written except cut recipe in half. Be sure to drain the veggies.

Connie's Zucchini 'Crab' Cakes
Made twice. 1st time zucs were too watery. Next time we put in clean dish towel, folded over and twisted like crazy. That worked and they held together well. Very good.
