Fruity Rice Salad
I started with 6 cups of cooked long grain rice and added 2 cups each of the fruit and celery. I tried mayo and ranch 1/2 & 1/2 but found 1/4 cup ranch to 1 cup mayo more to our taste. I added the mandarin orange segments last on top and didn't mix in. They look good and when I tried to mix in they just disintegrate.
