I am a mom of one, and I want to start cooking more often and become a family chef for her lol... She deserves home cooked food, not fast food and I want her to have what's best. Plus I love cooking as I am finding out, it is quite an adventure.

Simple Time Pork Chops
I made these and used a casserole mix cheese and ranch instead of mayo. My mom and baby thought they were great so I will make them again.

MMMMM... Brownies
I made this recipe today while I was on the phone and it took no time at all and they turned out perfect. My family loves them and I will only use this recipe from now on. In the future I think I will play around with adding nuts or caramel. I also used chocolate milk chips instead of semi-sweet. Other than that, they were great.
