My Picture
About this Cook
My current cooking goals are to perfect the art of the deep fryer, and cook some decent Indian (preferably, Veggie Korma).
My favorite things to cook
I love it all!
My favorite family cooking traditions
All the women on my dad's side come together and bake cookies once a year. Other than that, we're southerners and have a tradition of very good, elaborate foods, passed down through the generations without recipe cards.
My cooking triumphs
I perfected my Great Grandmother's Chicken and Dumplins recipe for Thanksgiving.
My cooking tragedies
Oh good LORD, too many to count.

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce
Great recipe, as is! Followed it to the T, and people raved about it!

Southwestern Egg Rolls
I made these and served with the Annie's Cilantro Cream sauce recipe like others recommended. I had to double the recipe, and baked them like another reviewer recommended at 450 for 10 minutes. I also added a couple of teaspoons of Mrs. Dash's chipotle seasoning. Everyone raved about these! Great recipe!

Sausage and Egg Casserole
I followed the recipe as it is, and it was fabulous. Also easy! I made it for my boyfriend and his brother, and they ate every last bit of it! I will definitely make this again.
