My current cooking goals are to perfect the art of the deep fryer, and cook some decent Indian (preferably, Veggie Korma). I love it all! All the women on my dad's side come together and bake cookies once a year. Other than that, we're southerners and have a tradition of very good, elaborate foods, passed down through the generations without recipe cards. I perfected my Great Grandmother's Chicken and Dumplins recipe for Thanksgiving. Oh good LORD, too many to count.
