New York Cheesecake
This turned out the BEST cheesecake I had ever made. I used 1/3 less fat cream cheese. I also used a 9 1/2 in springfoam pan.
It turned out so good and creamy. I took it to a family gathering and everyone couldn't stop talking about how good it was.
