I'm retired/divorced and live with Missy, my cat. The older I get the harder it is to cook... and always hard for just one person.. but I like one-pot meals the best. One-pot meals... chili, stew, soup, etc. Hungarian. My Mom was a professional Hungarian cook and I am lucky to have many of her recipies. None of my cooked food is ever thrown out! The worst I have ever done is to slightly burn some food.
