I just tried this tonight, and it was awesome! I jazzed it up with some yellow onion and green bell pepper. I also used pepper jack rather than cheddar and threw some refried beans ontop...Great. Am totally making this one again.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Tried these out for the Forth of July and they turned out great. I threw some veggies on the skewers just to give them a little something extra. Good recipe.

Beer-Batter Onion Rings

This recipe was good, I added some medium breader and other seasonings to kick it up, and everything turned out nice. I think this batter is just what I've been looking for for my fried mushrooms.

Ground Beef Shepherd's Pie

This is a good recipe, but it could be a lot better. I agree with those who say you should add more potatoes. Also, seasoning is key, salt and butter for the taters, pepper throughout, and anything else you think would work most likely will. Overall this recipe is a great start.
