This is the easiest glaze to make in the microwave. I put all ingredients in a bowl and microwaved on 40% power for about a minute. I stirred the glaze and it was just beautiful with perfect consistency. It looks just like the picture and is the right amount for a bundt cake. Terrific..

OMG!!!! My husband said "this is dangerous" when he first took a bite. He was right. The cake is addictively delicious. So much chocolate but not disgustingly sweet as many chocoate desserts can be. It is so moist and just absolutely delicious. The best part about this recipe was that all the ingredients were already on my pantry shelf. Well worth it and a new family favorite. I put a glaze on it and WOW was it yummy.

WOW are these cookies delicious. I do find them to be a little rich with the filling so I may try to tone that down a little but other than that this is a definate treasure of a recipe. I am so glad I tried it because I absolutely adore the Girl Scout cookies that these mimic. The cookie part of the recipe is terrific and can certainly stand on their own without the filling. With the filling mine were substantial in size so I will make them a bit smaller next time. This will be a go to recipe for years to come. With a glass of milk they are sinfully delicious.
