I love baking cookies, biscotti, cakes the most. But I also love trying out new recipes to cook for my family's mealtime. Holidays bring forth family favorites and I love making them each year. I made white chocolate macadamia Biscotti this year and it turned out awesome!! was my first attempt at Biscotti Oh my.. well I borrowed a pizelle iron and the batter stuck to it, first try .. what a mess. Took me over an hour to clean the iron and I didn't even try to finish my batter.. I just gave up.
