Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze
I enjoyed the flavor. My husband likes his steaks more crisp on the outside. I did sear them early on, but maybe would make sure to do more of that next time before adding the sauce.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos
These were really good. I wanted shredded chicken, so I made up the sauce (I only used two boneless chicken breasts, but extra sauce) and put it with the chicken in a crock pot for four hours or so. Then I shredded with a fork. They were really juicy and flavorful.

Poached Tuna Steaks
I might have overcooked it, but we couldn't find anything good about this recipe. The fish had absolutely no flavor, despite following the recipe.
