Cream of Mushroom Soup II
very yummy! use milk (goat o.k.). Puree soup in vitamix. Sautee about 4 cups of mushroom tops (without stalks) and add to purreed soup. Next time try sauteeing chopeed celery and carrots with the mushrooms.
