Quick and Easy Brownies

Yumm-o! You don't even need baking skills to get this one right! I used smart balance whipped spread instead of butter (it makes me feel just a wee bit better about the fat) and used 1 1/4 c. of flour. I love them! PMS therapy to the rescue!

Great traditional recipe. A little on the dense side, however it was taste approved by my whole family. Super Yum!

Waffles I

No fail, great tasting, easy to make waffles. I make double batches for my littles and freeze them in large zipper storage bags- popping them in the toaster in the mornings. Oh- and I also add the whole wheat flour and Chocolate Chips- YUMMY!

Fabulous Homemade Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2009
At first I joked with my darling husband about the huge blob of dough growing in my warm oven- thinking that there was No Way that this recipe would work out right... Yeah, right! I HAVE NEVER EATEN BREAD THIS GOOD IN MY LIFE!!!! The only thing I changed to this recipe is that I put a small sauce pan with water in on the lower shelf of my oven while baking to obtain a chewy crust. (which I love) Be warned- make this bread once and you will never want store bought again!! Oh- and if you are also intimidated by the amount made, don't be- I froze the other 5 loaves successfully and baked them later with no problems.
