About this Cook
I am a stay at home mom of 3 in a small town in Northern Wisconsin near the Upper Michigan border. My husband and I have a small farm where we raise beef cattle, pigs, and also have draft horses.
My favorite things to cook
I enjoy cooking anything and everything. My favorite is baking with my children. My four year old son enjoys it almost as much as his mother!

Festival-Style Grilled Italian Sausage Sandwiches
I make these often and my family loves them! Try putting butter and fresh garlic on the bread before toasting.

Double Chocolate Cake I
I added a 1/2 cup of cocoa powder to this recipe and it turned out great. For those of you who had problems with the chocolate clumping up, make sure all of your ingredients are room temp and you will have no problems.

Mom's Coleslaw
This slaw is awesome! I put the cabbage and carrots through my food precessor and whipped up the dressing and had it in the fridge in less than ten minutes! I did add 1/4 tsp of black pepper. This would be great on chili dogs.
