I gave this two stars because I obviously did something wrong. I think what I did wrong was not let the ingredients come to room themperature so be sure to do this or don't bother making it. I will not try this one again.

The flavor in this recipe is good but the bread seemed very chewy to me. I would not make again.

I hate to leave this review and go against what others thought of the recipe but, I made this exactly as directed and it was bland and tasteless. I then added the cumin and cinnamon as others suggested and this helped, but, in the end, I added a half stick of butter and about a third cup of brown sugar to make it edible. I would not make this again.
