Three kids, one sweet husband, I like to cook... but these days don't always have time to look for new recipes, let alone shop for special ingredients. Currently, I love "crock pot" recipes because they are easy and always taste soooo good, and your kitchen smells great all day! I'm from the south...so my family is great at all cooking. My grandpa's specialty was seafood gumbo, and my mom makes it awesomely too. I have never even tried it! I guess I have been too intimidated!
