Oatmeal Dinner Rolls
DELICIOUS! They are so moist with the perfect density for a hearty, homemade roll. We gobbled ours up!

Gluten-free Peanut Butter Cookies
Woah! These are dynamite! Here's a few changes I made, though I'm excited to try the recipe strictly as directed. I whipped the eggs on high for several minutes and gradually added the sugar creating a meringue-like cookie that added a nice fluff in the end. Plus I added 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Overall, what a winner!

Nut Chocolate Balls
Dangerously delicious! I was looking for a gluten-free recipe to make a treat for a friend and I am so glad I came across this one! Someone mentioned they wished the chocolate coating was thicker -just add less shortening/more chocolate chips. I omitted the walnuts on the outside and they look tres chic -like professional chocolate truffles. Excellent.
