Kielbasa and Kidney Beans
I LOVED this recipe! I changed a few things though. I decided to forgo the peppers, I added one clove of fresh chopped garlic, and only used 1/8 C of brown sugar because I didn't want it quite so sweet. I used red beans and served it over brown rice with fresh green beans. The sweetness of the sauce was really good with the saltiness of the kielbasa! Next time I'll use more onion & garlic. Great recipe, this one's going in the recipe book!!
