Szechwan Shrimp
I loved this... I used only one clove of garlic and no onions... and replaced the soy with hoisin because I was out of soy... I also added toasted sesame seeds at the end. Was great.

my family loved this recipe... i used a lamb/veal mixture and did everything else the same... cooked over a charcoal grill. everyone said the grill gave it that extra oomph.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Awesome, idiot proof, works every time. I've made this a million times and every says it's the best tilapia they've ever had. I usually add garlic and purreed roasted red pepper to the mayo mix and it really brings it to a new level.
