Chop Suey
Love this!!!! So quick,easy and delicious! Used Olive oil instead of shortening as another reviewer had mentioned they used it...I also added Bok Choy when adding the celery just for some color and it was terrific! Thanks for the great recipe!

Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
Very delicious and easy to make...I used regular soya sauce as I didn't have low sodium. I marinated it for 2 days and cooked it in the slow cooker for 7hrs on low then I thickened the sauce to put on mashed potatoes. My boyfriend loved this recipe as the meat was very tender!

Potato and Cauliflower Casserole
Great Recipe! All I added was some garlic and French's fried onions on the top! A friend of mine doesn't like cauliflower but loved this recipe!
