Country Breakfast Casserole
Great recipe. I added the shredded hashbrowns on top and layered the bottom with the bread slices - it turned out delicious. There are so many variations you can do with this. The timing and ingredient proportions are just right!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
WOW! This was delicious and a favorite with the whole family. I did use whole wheat flour and made mini muffins using mini chocolate chip morsels. It turned out so moist and adding the cream cheese frosting is a must.

New England Blueberry Coffee Cake
This is a great recipe. Very easy and came out so moist. I did use wheat flour instead and added chocolate chips. This made an already good recipe even better.
