Awesome Chicken and Yellow Rice Casserole
Even though I modified the recipe to suit my own taste, I still gave the recipe 5 stars because without this recipe and the advice of other reviewers I would not have came up with this idea. I omitted the onion, bell pepper, pimentos and chestnuts. I guess I started with a clean plate. I used two family sized bags of yellow rice. One large can of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chiles and one tablespoon of cayenne pepper. I combined all ingredients, including chicken in a large dutch oven with 8 cups of water(for the uncooked rice)and baked at 375 degrees for about 30-45 minutes. Once done I mixed in a can of sweet peas. Even though I changed the recipe quite a bit, thanks for a great recipe.

Never Fail Pie Crust II
This is a very good recipe. Super quick and super easy. I will definitely make this recipe again. I used it for a chicken pot pie recipe I also got from this site. They both are keepers. My family absolutely loved the homemade chicken pot pie. The next day I used my leftover dough to make dumplings. I just rolled the dough out and cut the dough into small squares, then boiled for 7-10 mins. Then I added the dumplings to the leftover chicken pot pie filling I had, super delicious!!! Thanks for an awesome recipe.

Cinnamon Griddle Cakes
Absolutely delicious pancakes!!! These are now the favorite for my family. My kids gave me high fives and said these are the only pancakes they want from now on. My husband is away at work but is excited to return home and try these wonderful pancakes. I tried to cut the fat by using 1 cup whole wheat flour, eggbeaters, splenda, brown rice syrup and smart balance butter. Even with the modifications they were absolutely delicious. I even added 4 oz melted fat free cream cheese to the icing and only use 1 1/4 cup confectioners sugar. I will try to omit the brown rice syrup next time to cut the fat even more since other reviewers had such great results without it. This recipe is definitely a keeper. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!!
