Chicken Tikka Masala
For the time this took to make, it really didn't taste that amazing. Mine didn't taste too salty (actually, I added salt & pepper afterward), but it was to lemony/zesty. I think the lemon juice plus the tomato puree pushes it over the top. If I make this again, I'll halve or remove the lemon juice.
