Tuna Noodle Supreme
excellent dish. I used all low fat substitutions and I didn't have red pepper so I used green instead. I also used 1 and 3/4 of a can of tuna vs just one can. I added sharp shredded cheddar cheese to the top during last 15 minutes which added great flavor and texture. Next time I'll try roasted red peppers instead of fresh red pepper. YUM! everyone loved it!
